Write to us about a hotel whose line is worth describing, about an entry where we have read the plan of a building wrongly, about a plain factual error, or with a word from a hotel about its own entry. All four are welcome, and a correction is acted on whoever sends it.

What we cannot do is arrange anything. This guide does not book rooms, does not hold rooms, and does not pass enquiries on to hotels. A message asking for a reservation will not reach the building it is about, so send that to the hotel directly.

Photography offers are read as well, since the pictures here are commissioned separately from the writing.

Reply times and address

A message is normally answered within five working days, and a factual correction is looked at before anything else. Write to editors@socialfuturelabs.com and put the entry number in the subject line if you prefer email.
